Well I have been thinking about writing a book but that is just too much for me to think about right now. So instead I have decided to put my book idea into a BLOG! What this blog is designed to do is to help everyone out there understand that it is okay to be okay with who you are. As long as you are happy with yourself! Also this is blog is for ANYONE...(if you want to be part of it, leave your email in the comment section)! Let me explain this a little, I saw on a friends blog that she is tracking her weight and updating everyone! I thought oh man what a good idea however I don't want everyone too know how much I weigh so this is a way for everyone to do it anonymously. Also if you have any ideas for healthy recipes or weight loss tips here is a way for you to post them. I really hope this works! If not I guess I will go back to my book idea! Happy Exercising!
